Important Update: Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education Portal Transition

Capitol
April 30, 2024

We would like to bring to your attention a significant development concerning the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education portal and licensing system. Currently, we are undertaking a comprehensive overhaul of the system. As part of this process, the existing licensing portal will be temporarily taken down, starting Friday, May 3, 2024, making it inaccessible for schools. We anticipate that the system will remain offline until May 28th, 2024.

The State of Arizona is transitioning from the Salesforce-based licensing system to a Thentia licensing system. Consequently, all users will be required to create new logins to access the system.

To facilitate this transition, training sessions for the new system are scheduled to commence in late May and will continue until all school licensing contacts have been adequately trained. A detailed training schedule will be circulated soon.

During the blackout period for the portal in May (from May 3 to May 28), we will continue to support your service requests through a temporary procedure for submitting service requests. For specific needs, please refer to the contact information provided below:
