Important Announcement


Subject: new e-Licensing system available on June 1, 2024

As an applicant or regulated entity with Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education you now have a user account in the State of Arizona’s e-Licensing system. Starting on June 1, 2024 your applications, renewals, service requests (program modification, new programs, change of ownership, change/new location) and payment for these services will now be managed through this online system. To activate your account please follow the below instructions.


Portal Address:

Existing Users: Please use your email address previously used in the prior portal. Enter your email address and select "forgot password." You will receive an email asking you to create a new password. Once activated, you will see your institution. On the left menu you will see Supplemental Applications. Please select the request you are applying for. Complete the online form.
