Mpower Online Massage School Closes Suddenly, Impacting Students Nationwide

Sedona, AZ — Last night, Mpower, an online massage school based in Sedona, Arizona, unexpectedly ceased operations. In response, we are working closely with the school to recover essential materials such as transcripts and ledger cards.

This abrupt closure has significant implications for many students across the country. We are currently coordinating with several Arizona-based massage schools to explore potential transfer options. However, it is unlikely that these schools will be able to assist students residing outside of Arizona.

Students seeking their transcripts can expect to receive them early next week. Please note that the Arizona Student Tuition Refund Fund is available only to Arizona residents. For ongoing updates, we encourage students to visit our website at ppse.az.gov, which will be regularly updated as new information becomes available.

We will be hosting a series of town hall meetings next week to address the concerns of all students affected by this closure. It is estimated that approximately 100 students in Arizona and an additional 600 students outside of Arizona are impacted.
