Announcement

For licenses that are  set to expire on June 30, 2024. In preparation for renewal, I wanted to provide you with information on the  E-Licensing process. Attached you will find the portal instruction guide for renewals and service requests. I've also provided the catalog and enrollment agreement checklists. As you prepare for this renewal cycle, here are a few points that may help:

IMPORTANT: Please do not wait until the last minute to work on your renewal application. We have been experiencing a growing number of schools that are not submitting on time and paying the additional $100 per day late fees.

·  Review the renewal guide. It will provide information on the types of data you will be required to submit as well as the process you will need to follow.
·  Please make sure your catalog, surety bond (if required), and certificate of insurance list our address (1740 W. Adams, Suite 3008, Phoenix, AZ  85007)
·  Once the renewal application is open in the portal (beginning March 1, 2024) you can work on it throughout the renewal cycle. Please remember to "save and continue"
·  Documents/Submissions required to upload are below: (5MB limit per document - if your catalog is larger than 5MB, please email it to me and I'll upload it for you).

1.      Student Enrollment Contract and/or Enrollment Agreement
2.      Financial position of parent corporation …AND  Financial position of Arizona operations. If your audited OR unaudited financials are more than 6 months old at the time of renewal, you are required to submit your most recent in-house balance sheet and profit and loss statement in addition to your audited financial statements and the most recent year-to-date statement of cash flows.

3.      Proof of Liability Insurance/Certificate of Insurance
4.      Surety Bond, Letter of Credit or Cash Deposit  (if applicable)

6.      The Catalog and if applicable Student Handbook

8.      Enrollment Agreement Checklist
9.      GTR (Gross Tuition Revenue) - Please make sure this number is accurate as it determines your license fee.  GTR is calculated on your fiscal year calendar. THIS NUMBER MUST MATCH YOUR FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS.

·   If you are not required to have a surety bond, please upload a one-page document stating no bond is required.
·  Dates to remember, March 1, 2024 - Portal open for renewal. May 1, 2024 renewal application is due. May 2, 2024 - late fees of $100 per day begin to accrue for applications not submitted and paid on or before May 1, 2024. You may submit your renewal application anytime between March, 2024, and May 1, 2024.

Response Needed:

·  If you are not planning on renewing your license, please notify me immediately as there are items that must be completed prior to your school closure.
