Student Records Request Information
AZPPSE ONLY HAS TRANSCRIPTS FROM CLOSED SCHOOLS FOR STUDENTS WHO ATTENDED PRIVATE POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTIONS CAMPUSES LOCATED IN ARIZONA
If you are the student requesting a transcript
1. Check the Closed School List to make sure AZPPSE maintains the records for the institution from which the student graduated. Click on the link in Column C to begin the process of ordering an education verification.
-
If Column C is blank, there were no student records recovered at the closing of the school and we are unable to complete that request.
-
* It is important to understand that for certain institutions with payment pages not linked to AZPPSE, you must arrange transcript payment directly with the institution. Do not pay AZPPSE for these schools.
Additionally, do not pay AZPPSE for a transcript if you attended a closed school campus located outside of Arizona, regardless of whether the school's main campus was in Arizona. Transcript information for these out-of-state closed campuses must be obtained through other channels.
2. If Column C contains a link to AZPPSE, you will be taken to the transcript payment site where you will be prompted to pay a required $10 non-refundable fee for the education verification.
3. Once received the Records Specialist will email you a form that must be completed in order to begin the search process. This form that you will fill out will give us a bit more information to help to locate the transcript. On that form, you will be able to write in the final destination for the transcript.
4. Please be advised that the processing time can range from one to six weeks. Requests are completed in the order in which they are received. The State Board cannot guarantee that a student record can be found for every student. All requests will receive a response with results should proper contact information be provided.
