IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATE

Due to a series of configuration setbacks, the scheduled portal transition on December 1, 2023, will not take place as previously communicated. We now anticipate implementing the transition to the new system in early Spring 2024. Consequently, until further notice, we will continue utilizing our current Salesforce-based system.

During this delay, you can continue logging into the portal as usual to complete tasks such as renewal applications, service requests (including adding programs, changing locations, and updating ownership details), and initial applications.

For those with licenses expiring on March 31, 2024, you will still use the existing portal for your renewal application. Your renewal notification will be emailed to you on December 1, 2023.
