Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education Responds to First Amendment to the Consent Agreement for Voluntary Surrender by Arizona Board of Nursing
Phoenix, Arizona - The Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education (AZPPSE) would like to address the recently updated First Amendment to the Consent Agreement for Voluntary Surrender issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing (AZBN) in regards to Order No. 201202RN96510000 and 220204RN9651000.
While AZPPSE is not directly involved in the disciplinary process of licensed nursing programs, we continue to collaborate with AZBON and other regulatory agencies to ensure that students enrolled in private postsecondary nursing programs receive the necessary education and training to meet the requirements of the nursing profession.
We remain committed to protecting the interests of students and the public by ensuring that private postsecondary nursing programs operate in accordance with Arizona state regulations.
