Retirement of Fred Lockhart - Arizona Private School Association

Regarding the retirement of Fred Lockhart, Executive Director of the Arizona Private School Association.

On behalf of the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education, I would like to extend our sincere congratulations on your retirement from the Arizona Private School Association (APSA).

Your many years of service to APSA have been invaluable to the organization and to the students it serves. As APSA's Executive Director, you have been a tireless advocate for the quality and affordability of private postsecondary education in Arizona. You have also been a strong voice for students, and private postsecondary institutions working to ensure that they have access to the information and resources they need.  

Under your leadership, APSA has grown and flourished. You have built a strong and vibrant organization that is committed to excellence in private postsecondary education. You have also created a culture of collaboration and cooperation among APSA's members, which has benefited both students and the industry as a whole.

We are grateful for your dedication and hard work, and we wish you all the best in your retirement. We know that you will continue to be a valuable resource to the private postsecondary education community in Arizona.
